Standard Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8am – 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).
The goods will be delivered to the customer at the address detailed on the order form. If you are not in the property when the parcel is being delivered please note it may be left with a neighbour or a secure location at the property even though we book parcels on a ‘signed for’ delivery.
- delivery is the UK , and selected European countries including :- Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. If you would like delivery outside of these countries please contact us.
- goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- orders received after 2pm will be processed the next working day (excluding bank holidays)
- we aim to have stock available on all items and to deliver goods to your delivery address within the timescales appropriate but such timescales are approximate only.
- in the event that you miss your delivery, please contact us as soon as you can.
- any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and Dunking Biscuit shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods caused by a reason outside of our reasonable control.
- please contact us if you receive any damaged or incorrect items within the first 30 days

Refunds and Returns
Firstly, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “Thank you !”. Nothing makes us happier ♥ than a legion of happy Dunking Biscuit customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said , here are some things you might want to know ..
- You may cancel you order at any time prior to shipment
- You may return new unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Well also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item etc)
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving the package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper ( 5 to 10 business days) , the time it takes to process your return once we receive it ( 3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request ( 5 to 10 business days)
